Are the cases such as the Krusell one any good or do they get in the way ??

Within only 3 weeks of having the phone I have scratched the blue back to bits , and have a few marks on my screen... football, booze, and E100 are not compatible !!

The Krusell is a very snug fit from what i've seen, will be getting one soon. (I hope)

I have one of the Krusell cases and it is a godsend! I too have already chipped the paint on the front of my E100 and the case is ideal. If I ever drop it again I would hope the case would do it's job, which I am sure it will. I'm not a fan of cases in general because the coolness of the phone is lost somewhat when it is wrapped in black leather, but the snugness of this case makes it fairly OK. I think the protection of this wonderful phone against letting it get damaged is more important.

The Krussel is great, but you cant put the phone on the cradle properly with the case on, and they are a VERY snug fit, so taking it on and off isn't a 2 second job.

Worth the money though, it's a nice looking case for £15

actually chris i can get the case on really quickly now :)

the trick is this...put the phone in the case, make sure its lined up properly (this can be a problem cos sometimes it comes out skewif and the holes on the side dont line up right). Now using your nails on your thumbs (if you have any!) hook them into the zip edge at the top (on the fron half of the case) and then just pull it over the top.

Hope i explained that well lol but basically i can slip the case on pretty quickly so i dont mind having to take it off to have it put into the cradle.

btw ive noticed i sometimes get a bit of condensation inside the case and the plastic front sticks to the screen in some places, which is pretty annoying, anyone else get this?

Yeah, it's good, but a bit of a dust trap. The material on the inside of the back of the case seems to attract dust when it's not on the phone, which then gets on the clear plastic. Unlesss you give it a quick wipe before putting it back on the phone, it can look a bit crap.

Perfectly well 'cos this matches exactly what I do. The best thing to line up is the media card slot. If you position the slot so the card will definitely pop out if needed then the rest of the case will be spot on as well.

Haven't experienced any condensation but agree with the sticking to the screen bit and it is the only annoying thing about the case.

To resolve the cradle issue I have invested in an XDA Sync & Charge USB cable. This is brilliant as you don't need to ever take the phone out of the case (unless it crashes and the only solution is to remove the battery!). I leave the phone connected to a USB port at work where it charges and syncs with my Outlook during the day and then it is fully charged for home use.
