need help!!

I`am from romania and I have my spv for few months.It was sent to me from danemark and I unlocked it with SPVunlock.It was working very welll until I wanted to see more of the spv bootloader features.Yesterday I opened the phone in bootloader mode , in the first menu(where is IPSm), in the second paragraph (I think,I`m not sure) and while in the screen was LOAD...........LOADER,and under was FIND A FILE AND LOAD I take off my battery because I didn`t want to wait.I put on battery and I tried to start the phone.DON`T START.I put the phone in the cradle to charge an even a small light comes on the screen the LED dont't become green.I tried to connect to my computer and comes NEW HARDWARE FOUND and couldn't find driver.This apears only when I am pressing down the power button.In addremove wizard apear USB DEVICE and after I try to upload driver, in the troubleshooting it says that i have to turn on the device.I tried USBTerm and it says to me CAN'T OPEN SPECIFIED DEVICE.I saw that there is a way to repair but in Romania I think that there is no other Spv. I have a 64 MB card but I don`t know where to find someone to backup a bootloader.There is a way to do this on the internet?Do you think that will work?

Ok remove the phone from the cradle then remove the battery for 30 seconds.

Replace the battery and plug the charger in (does a the LED light up and what colour is it ?)

leave it like thart for a few minutes.

Now try and start the phone again.
