IPSM wiped out

Have mistakenly wiped out the IPSM folder instead of the contents of the MAPI folder, trying to create more memory to take photos :!:

I now only have Inbox, Contacts and Calender. Windows is gone :!:

Orange tell me it is not possible to restore Windows and I cannot retrieve my back-up on the orange site (which wouldn't have included windows anyway). Is there any hope at all or has my phone died a death :?: :?: :?: :cry:

Just hard reset it...you'll lose any contacts/emails/tasks that you haven't synced but the phone will be fully restored to its out of the box state once reset.

No chance.... Done the hard reset but after Card found I go into the dialogue box and all that is left is Erase IPSM - No's 0 to 7 are blank as are the other pages. Erased IPSM then says it is erased - then nothing happens. Tried the left toggle to END but nothing happens.

I think I must have done something really awfull :?:

:oops: :oops: :oops: Sorry - didn't try turning on again and YES YES YES it's all come back to life. Why can't orange know what they are talking about. The more I deal with them the worse it seems to get. Thankyou for all your patience.

For the record. When you select "Erase IPSM", wait for it to say "passed" then hit any button, this will take you back to the main menu. Then pull the battery for 30 seconds and power back up. The first boot boot can take anything up to 15-30 mins to complete.
