Radio Off - No network

When i turned my spv on yesterday after having it for a few months it suddenly had no signal at all and has a message above the time saying 'Radio Off'.

How do i fix this?

Tap the power button > scroll to "Radio on".

It's an option to turn off the "phone" side of the handset, so you can still use the other features in hospitals/on planes etc...

Thought I'd ask here, since it's a signal thing too.

When I get to a place that there's no signal, my SPV says "Searching".

OK. But when I get back to a place with good coverage, signal never returns and phone still says "Searching"

I have to turn the radio off and on again, to get signal.

Any ideas?

This can happen and it seems the phone forget to update it's self.

It depends how poor anarea you move to but I have had to do this on numerous makes of

handsets not just the SPV models.
