Guest bryanh Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Does anybody know if it is okay to sell a mobile phone (without sim), when the contract has not yet expired? I have 3 months left to run on my contract, but want rid of my SPV. Does the contract apply to the sim, the phone or both? Obviously I'll have to keep paying my line rental until the service expires, that I'm happy with, but if I did sell it and somebody attempted to use an orange sim in it, would the sim be rejected by orange? Could I (or the purchaser) get into trouble? Cheers. B.
Guest blewer Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Look at 'THIS' Post. The answer is you can as the contract is not for the phone. :) Welcome to the site ;)
