Buying a smarphone and T9

Hello!

I've not a Smartphone, but i would buy one when the SPV2 will be avaible.

Here in Italy the SPV won't be out, so i'll buy one on line (what do you think about ppcw.net?).

I would know how the T9 works...are the different language dictionary saved in a file or are in the ROM ?
