Guest pyke Posted September 10, 2003 Report Posted September 10, 2003 this morning, my phone was running too slow. so i used the quickreset app.after my phone was done rebooting,it seemed to have made a soft reset.the apps and contacts were still there but everything went back to its default settings(profiles, the clicking of the keypad, multi screen time out and my homescreen).i checked SETTINGSREMOVE PROGRAMS, all my apps are not listed there anymore.any thoughts about this?

Guest ppcsurfr Posted September 10, 2003 Report Posted September 10, 2003 belated happy bday, pare! when you said "resources", were you pertaining to RAM or the physical memory in http://smartphone.MoDaCo.com/viewtopic.php?t=7065>Task Manager? Thanks!!! Resources meaning available memory for apps to run... since Smartphone 2002 is supposed to handle this automatically, I suppose that an ever growing temp file or a bad app with memory leak caused it. Mabuhay! ~ Carlo
Guest grifter Posted September 11, 2003 Report Posted September 11, 2003 MSFT is very notorious for memory leaks. sigh...
