Rom Decerticifaction. As the term suggests, it looks like it will allow uncertified applications to run using certain ROMS which requires only certified applications to run. If this is what it does, then we don't need it. Only Orange ROMS are affected by that. I don't think this has something to do with unlocking or patching the bootloader.

yup. it's only for decertifying smartphones.

our SAPs come decertified.

Useless for you guys in what it does, but reveals a couple of nice things, like the update.exe file can be unziipped, into the nbf file and the updater exe's along with a readme!!
