Guest Dr Who Posted September 11, 2003 Report Posted September 11, 2003 OK, so the SPV I got from Orange came bundled with the Pocket Viewer APP for looking at Powerpoint presentations, which is nice. I was just wondering if there is a way to output the presentation to a monitor, i.e. via the USB? If I plug in to a PC without active sync installed I get the 'found new hardware' wizard but I was just wondering if it is possible at all. It would be suitably impressive on the wow scale.........
Guest Lordsmiff Posted September 11, 2003 Report Posted September 11, 2003 I don't think there would be any way to do it directly - the best answer I can come up with is install the MS Remote Display utility - this shows your SPV's screen on your PC and can be zoomed up to 3x. Still need active sync etc. but if this is something you want to do, you could always stick 'em on a USB key or something :) T.
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted September 11, 2003 Report Posted September 11, 2003 You could try using a portable 6in1 reader so keep the information on the phone including the app for playing on the PC. Then plug the card reader in and you're away.
