Does anyone know why my SPV isn't unlocked?

I've been trying to unlock my SPV via the Orange Developers site. I've gone through the process about six times in the last two weeks and never get a message telling me my phone is now unlocked. I've double checked everything (IMEI, etc) and made sure I'm filling in the details correctly. I'm a bit confused. Does the site now not unlcok your phone. Anyone know why it's not working?

The site is working... if you get the "unlocked" message on your computer .. but not on your SPV there's a couple of things you can try or should look out for:

1) Your GPRS is working OR you are using Pass Through Connection

2) You've been online with either GPRS or Pass Through AFTER you registered your IMEI in Action Register

3) Try selecting "lock" instead of "unlock" .. I find I have to "lock" my phone (after a hard reset) - before I can "unlock" it
