Phone has locked itself and now I cant unlock!

When I go to the OTA unlock page, it says it cant find my IMEI number in the database. This is odd, because I havent had a problem in the past. I downloaded their register thing that they suggest, but that hasnt worked either. Please help me if you have had a similar problem.

I used to get this. try entering your mobile number as 0797xxxxxxx not +44xxxxxxxx it may work for ya. and also make sure you surf a web page on the phone 1st..
