I have an 8 hour flight to contend with tommorrow and i am a very sad guy. I have been thinking about making a piece of software that can notify and monitor changes to modaco. (similar to the automatic notify on the site) however you will have no need to post to the topic in order to get the notification or have your inbox clogged up. It could also allow you to reply any post quickly through the client. Basically if there were to be any interest in the idea i could spend the time on the flight drawing up a few plans. This could be available to MODs, plus members or everyone (up to paul i guess).

Tell me what you think and bombard me with ideas. i havent got that long till im away so hurry.

Msg to paul: i know how to do this without having to manipulate the site in any way. All processing is done by reading the returned HTML from the webserver when queried

I'm interested! Look forward to it, should save money on gprs once my free bundle expires as i'll only be viewing new topics. Perhaps you could list their titles like messages are listed in the inbox so that only the topics that we would want to view would be opened?
