How to localize a SINGED app ?

Recently I bought a Mio 8380, and download a lot of software for my phone.

Then I use "EXEScop" to localize those software, there is no problem for those UNsinged app, but not SINGNED. Every time when I try to run a localized SIGNED program, my phone keep telling me that "It does not have legel signed....".

Can anyone help me, guide me a way to localize a SIGNED program ?

I'm certainly not an expert on Smartphone programming, but the purpose behind of digitally signing an app (or anything else) is to verify the publisher and detect/prevent tampering with the file(s). So I don't expect there is any way to modify a signed exe and expect it to work (unless of course you got the developer to resign you modified version ;-) ). Sorry...

Then it seems that the only way to localize those ap is to send the resouce file to the original creator and ask him to do so.
