Offtopic: Anyone knows the title of this song?

I was wondering if anyone of you know the title of this song and artist who sang it.

It goes something like this:

"won't you take my hand and say I do, I will promise to take care of you, ... be in love for the rest of our lives...." :)

I'm not sure if this is OPM or a foreign song. Sorry about the OT here, I like the song badly and want to buy the CD, but I don't know the title :cry:

Tried that already pareng ML, to no avail. Malamang OPM ito kaya hindi ko mahanap using lyrics + keywords. :?
