Help With Rick Dangerous Needed, Please...

I am on the second level, and get to the following screen, I duck as soon as I land, then jump over one of the spears, landing on the firs platform, shoot to get rid of the spikes over the ladder, but how do I get to them, everything I try gets me killed!!

I'm stuck at the same place. I've found this video that shows how it is meant to work, but whenever I try to jump to the second platform the spears keep firing, while in the video they stop.

I've tried everything, even running media player in the background to make it run slow, to time the jumps to perfection, but I still get shot by a spear that isn't on the video.

I found that it is basically a jump followed straight away by a second jump. Don't shoot the spikes until you get onto the SECOND platform. This is how I got through this part. Hope it helps.

I managed it this afternoon, mostly by luck. But luck counts!

There is an autosave function in the latest version (and in some of the other features) V3.0b or something like that.

3 turns autosave on and off (check for a lil s in the corner .. it indicates that save is on)

There are .avi versions for the entire game here. It's in french, but it isn't hard to find what you want.
