MP3 to WMA

Can anyone recommend a good program for converting my many mp3's to wma format?

I did a search and tons came up...i was hoping some of you guys could tell me which ones work well for you.

Does anyone know about Audible.com content to WMA conversion? I have Audible books on my SD card that I would like to play on my SP ;)
