Guest martin Posted September 16, 2003 Report Posted September 16, 2003 James Try using the Orange UK settings on page2 of the GPRS repository. Also make sure you tick the 'auto detect settings' in Internet Explorer. Note: Access points orangeinternet and orangewap should now work with the PAYG SIM but if you have any problems try payginternet and paygwap instead.
Guest james srs2 Posted September 16, 2003 Report Posted September 16, 2003 still not working i have folowed the instruction and nothing at all "it keeps saying unable to place call"
Guest martin Posted September 16, 2003 Report Posted September 16, 2003 If you turn the phone (or radio) off/on does the centre G re-appear ? If it does then its begining to sound like the problem is on the network side rather than on the phone. You probably need to raise this with Orange CS and ask them to re-activate GPRS on your account.
