WinHex: card reader does not show in physical drive list

Trying to archive my backup off my SD card on to my PC but WinHex does not show it in the Physical Media list. Attempting to backup by selecting the card reader in the Logical Media list does not work.

Any advice anyone..?

I'm not an expert at Winhex, so this is just a guess really... Are you connecting it to a usb hub? If so, see if it works connecting it directly to the computer without a hub. I know some of the documentation I've seen said this could cause a problem with updating the SPV. I know you are using a card reader and not the SPV to read the data, but you never know...

I'm not using a USB hub.

Any other ideas?

you can try going into to control panel->system->device manager, find the usb entry for the phone, right click and disable it, then right click again to enable it. I have to do this to get some of my usb devices working!
