Just an idea but is it possible to create a programme like a 'Stephen Hawkins' type speech synthesiser for the SPV?

I have one called Talkany on my PC which is just a small executable file (about 300KB) but I can't attach it as it is copyrighted. If anyone else has used this before they will know how much fun it can be - whatever is typed is synthesised in your choice of voice. A portable version would be hilarious down the pub! ;)
