Hard Reset problems

Hey, guys. I wanted to reset my smartphone and I’ve tried pressing the record and power button simultaneously but after pressing the action button when the “Press any key to enter bootloader.” is displayed, nothing happens. It only displays a blank white screen. I believe there should be options to choose from. Anyone who could me with this?

Two things,

1, If you have the plastic dummy SD card remove it

2, Place a normal SD card in the slot before trying to Hard Reset.

I have no SD card yet. Do you think I already have a problem with my bootloader? My bootloader is version 1.5.0.28, the originally installed when I purchased my sap.

I doubt you have a problem but why do you want to Hard reset the

phone?

I would test with an SD card as that may be the problem.

After pressing the record and power button, press and hold the action button. That helped me!

I have installed and uninstalled a lot of downloadable applications and games. I just wanted everything that remained in my sap be removed, also in the registry. And, also, I wanted to test the hard reset if this will really reset everything back to the original settings.
