I did something very stupid yesterday.

Whilst reorganising my icons in the start up menu i accidentally deleted the .ink files that link to calendar, inbox, messanger, settings, ia album, ia camera, and quite a few other things.

Now the only way i know of getting these back is create shortcuts to the target exe's in the windows folder (very time consuming) or get my mate to send me his .ink files. I'm not sure whether using those will work either. but i'm going to try it.

any other ideas. (apart from a hard reset ?)

I guess its hard to tell whether its a small 'L' or a capital 'I' in certain fonts. But yep, they are LNK files axe, short for link, unsurprisingly.
