Power Management screen

help! I've not used the "power management" screen (within the settings section) for a while on my original model SPV, and when I try to go there now, it says:

ERROR - The settings could not be opened.

Everything else seems to be working fine, and I wan't to avoid the hassle of a hard re-set. Any idea please?

The only time that's happen to me...my phone seemed to not know where any of the setting are....I had to do a hard reset.

Here is a similar recent problem with the same suggestion.
