newbie question... re: alarm of tanager... does the alrm turns on if it is set and when i shut the fone down? it seems it never turns on after i've shut the fone down...

No, unfortunately alarms on MS Smartphones have no way of waking the phone up if its shut down :?

But Nokia's do not use the OS the same way. The alarm is controlled by the OS and to save power on the E-100 etc, the OS is

shut down when the phone is powered off, unlike ppc which hibernate.
