Guest ranzz Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Looks so good! I want one too! Is the case sold seperately or is it a complete phone? is it even sold?spvblue.jpg
Guest spacecowboy6982 Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Hey, that is damn cool ! Maybe the SPV 2 (wotever) will have proper interchangable covers (just a thought)!?! Where did u find it Ranzz?
Guest stuartd Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Looks OK, apart from the fact it's the original SPV and not the E100 ;) Interchangeable covers would be good.
Guest ranzz Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Umm, I actually don't remember, just googled spv box or something cause I was looking for a picture of all the box contents! Think it was in a foreign language cellphone site.. couldn't understand a word but the picture stunned me  Hey! what the hell's wrong with the Canary!? I'm getting it in a couple of days so don't go down on it!
Guest Will Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 I 'think' this was a pre-production model.. before company branding applied.. OR it was removed and repainted by someone.. canaries rule, as do budgies and parakeets! Will
Guest stuartd Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 There's nothing *wrong* with it, it's just oooold  Umm, I actually don't remember, just googled spv box or something cause I was looking for a picture of all the box contents! Guest morpheus2702 Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Now a E-100 in Titanium... then you'd be talking.
Guest chickster Posted September 22, 2003 Report Posted September 22, 2003 The original spec for the SPV (Canary) said that it would have interchangable covers, but that never appeared.
Guest Mr Orange Posted September 22, 2003 Report Posted September 22, 2003 This is one of the very first Prototypes of the Canary.
Guest londonlad Posted September 22, 2003 Report Posted September 22, 2003 Im planning to spray-up my e200 as soon as i get it! getting well bored of silver. we all know the next 20 spv's are all gonna be silver, well thats how it seems. Wot colours should i do?
Guest morpheus2702 Posted September 22, 2003 Report Posted September 22, 2003 Pearlised white is the new silver...
Guest mar9118 Posted September 23, 2003 Report Posted September 23, 2003 Hey guys look I have a blue Tanager, SPVx, E100, I took the whole thing apart and painted it myself :wink:IMGP0423.JPGIMGP0424.JPGIMGP0425.JPGIMGP0426.JPG
Guest Zim Posted September 23, 2003 Report Posted September 23, 2003 nice one mate! looks good!!! although i would have just painted the sides off it! (the slightly darker blue part) a red! or a neon ice blue! and the rest silver or matte black! would make it look goood!! "Z"
Guest mar9118 Posted September 23, 2003 Report Posted September 23, 2003 Thanks Pal I will consider that in my next paint job ;)
Guest tutut17 Posted September 24, 2003 Report Posted September 24, 2003 @mar- what kind of paint did you use? ;)
Guest Posted September 24, 2003 Report Posted September 24, 2003 Mar, that's a great finish, maybe you could publish a guide
Guest hk Posted September 24, 2003 Report Posted September 24, 2003 Very nice paint job, I like that. What would be cool is fire effect paint work... hmm *me gets ideas* might go for just red or something I guess.
Guest hk Posted September 24, 2003 Report Posted September 24, 2003 Mar, that's a great finish, maybe you could publish a guide  No offence but I dont really see it being that hard dude ;)
Guest mar9118 Posted September 25, 2003 Report Posted September 25, 2003 @tutut17, I used only regular Pylox lacquer spray paint, primer first then the color then clear coat on top, you have to be patient don't spray too much, keep the recommended distance and let it dry before applying the next coat ;)
Guest zxt Posted October 22, 2003 Report Posted October 22, 2003 Nice one Mar...hmmm...if I only have the courage to do it...
Guest spacecowboy6982 Posted October 22, 2003 Report Posted October 22, 2003 When i get my E-200, i'll be spraying ye olde SPV. X-box green anyone :)
