SPV2 - Release Date 23rd October?

According to our friends at Smartphony.org I think (I can't read French :oops: ) that they are saying that the SPV2 is going to be launched by Orange, on 23rd October ;)

Assuming it's true/I've not misunderstood what it says, that's great news :D

That sounds about right ... 4smartphone.dk mentions a date somewhere between the oktober 12th and 20th. ;)

I kind of like the look of the E100 anyway. Are the release dates true? If so, when do you think Orange will release them to the dealers so I can get a deal!!!

I'm in the U.S. and since they are not releasing the SPV2 here, what would be the best way for me to get one real fast?

I bought my SPV off of ebay, but of course that took a while for people to start puttin' em up on there.

Anyone have any ideas of how I could get the SPV2 soon after its release date?

Come over to the UK buy a phone on contract :?

or get a relative (if you have one over here) to do the deed for you

and pay his monthly line rental.

Otherwise it's wait and see when the dodgy phones start appearing

and take a gamble.
