while at work the other day i left my handsfree plugged into my SPV while it was in my bag. When i got back to my phone and took it out i could no longer hear any sound from the phone unless the handsfree kit is in. Any ideas wat could be wrong with it and how to fix it because i'm trying to avoid taking it to be repaired in a shop

It's a known hardware issue, the phone is stuck in headset profile.. try re-inserting the headset a few times, and keep an eye on the profile (change to a default homescreen that shows your current profile).. or try BLOWING hard in the socket.... If that does not work, get it repaired/replaced.

It's been reported to work along with twiddling a cocktail stick in the

socket.

Yep

The problem is it may go away for a while but once it's happened it will

return ;)

Replacement is the only perminant solution.
