Guest matanglawin Posted September 23, 2003 Report Posted September 23, 2003 Would anyone know which telecom company in the United States offers the best GSM prepaid deal (in terms of free minutes, USwide coverage, free sms...and also free long distance access)? I'll be leaving for the U.S. tonight...ayaw kong mag-roaming, doble SPAMyaran! :D  I remember reading a thread before about using the SAP in the United States...do anyone of you guys remember who posted that message? ;)

Guest jabez Posted October 1, 2003 Report Posted October 1, 2003 Hi Matanglawin! I came from Florida. The only company (as far as I know) to offer pre-paid is T-Mobile. You buy the sim for about $50 which has about 25 free minutes (for US). Then just reload with pre-paid cards. I also activated my Smart Buddy SIM for International Text Roaming. That way, my friends in the Philippines could text me for just 1 peso. (Kuripot Arrangement 'to ... he he he) I would place my Smart SIM during the night time. T-Mobile during the day. Worked flawlessly for me!
