how to send a picture message... always get errors..

Hi,

I've got and Orange e100 and would like to send picture messages... I've even tried reading the handbook to see if I was doing things correctly and it seems that I was...

Whenever I have pressed the send key for the final time I get the blue screen with the two phones on it for a split second then a message telling me that the message has failed and it's been saved to the drafts folder...

Also I don't seem to be able to recieve photos either...

Have you phoned orange to set up MMS on your phone?

Just give em a call they can do it instantly

Done that... I like the way that they tell you that the SIM update may take 24 hours to get to you... my phone vibrated before the call had finished! Anyway, it still didn't work... so I phoned them, got through to the wrong department, oops. That's what I like about Orange, when she was trying to put my through see said she was on hold with them and that she would phone me back. Anyway, apparently the gprs network around this area, three masts in total are having work done on them, is taking second place over the normal voice network and they are offering a reduced service...

I think might be a load of crap as the msn has just signed in easy as anything....

Are there any other setting on the phone that I may have tampered with?
