Unlocking the licences on the phones?

I want to download some files but it wont let me will I have to unlock my smartphone with orange or what help?

You're probably best reading through a few of the help/advice, FAQ and Articles posts. Unlocking the phone normally helps when you're trying to install the files, not necessarily when you're downloading them. Any more info for us? Are you trying to download from the internet or direct to your phone?
