mcTraveller bug...or is it just me??

I am not sure if any of you have experienced the same, but here is the story:

I daily use the prog as an wake up alarm and I have set it to snooze after 5 min. and therefore, when the alarm sounds, the screen should show "dismiss" and "snooze". Now the problem is that quite often the alarm gets stuck when it sounds and the only way to stop the alarm is to pull the battery. The display, which should show "dismiss" and "snooze", only shows "view" and "menu" and pressing one of the keys (or any other key) does not do a thing, and the SPV wont react to anything other than killing it by pulling the battery. After I have pulled the battery I have to reinstall both the client and the traveller program otherwise it will not correctly....so gents...have any of you experienced this before...and is there a cure for it :?: :?:
