SMS Sounds after Reboot

How can i eradicate the SMS sounds of my Orange SPV after rebooting my phone? Everytime i turn it on (after reboot) sms sounds will follow after but no new message in my inbox. Notification says in my inbox that i have a new message but when i open it, i found no new message..help
