The Germans are taking over !!! My phone has gone German

Help please I was watching a video clip and pressed various buttons to stop the clip when all my phone went GERMAN.. :shock:

I guess it's a language choice I pressed in error whilst waiting for the menu to catch up... But now I can not set it back as I don't understand the menu's Can anyone please help ASAP.....

You've probably worked it out yourself by now but I checked where the regional settings were and then changed my phone and this is what I reckon it might be.

Programme =Programs

Einstellungen =Settings

Landereinstellungen =Regional Settings

And you have to reset your phone after selecting English.
