Yesterday I read about the new Links for my smartphone so I thought "waw.. there must be a demo out too" and luckily there was. But ;) doing the installation it said that I should have a least 2,5mb of free memory on my phone.. I saw in the about that I only had 1mb of free even tough I just deleted all my sms's and got all my programs removed and installed again on the sd-card... I have tried to reboot it 100 of times but still about 1mb free :D I don't have any ringtones but several contacts and apointsments... But they don't take that much place? How can I clean up my phone ? :lol: And ideas.. ?
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted September 30, 2003 Report Posted September 30, 2003 If the install failed you have to do the following, using a file explorer (Smart Explorer) you need to go to IPSMWindowsAppMgrInstall and delete of run what you find there. Also remember any apps and games should be installed to the storage card not the phone ;)

Guest awarner [MVP] Posted October 1, 2003 Report Posted October 1, 2003 Just checking as I did not explain it very well :oops: If you have Activsync 3.6 you will not be able to see the contents of the Install folder, which is why I was suggesting you use Smart Explorer on the phone.

Guest awarner [MVP] Posted October 2, 2003 Report Posted October 2, 2003 One last place to go before doing a Hard Rest is to look in the IPSMMAPI folder and delete what you find there. This folder contains email and sent SMS.
