downgrading

hi all, sorry for alot of questions, ive backed up my bootloader ver 10.0 on a sd sard using usbterm, if i downgrade the bootloader to ver 0.98 to unlock the phone, will i be able to restore the bootlaoder to ver 1.0 from my sd card and also ive backed up my ispm and wince onto card aswel, what is the wince for?

to swapping bootloaders, yes that's fine..

wince is the Windows CE (smartphone 2002 operating system).
