Slow SPV (Task Manager)

:?: I have had my SPV for about 1 month now and due to pictures etc being on it, it seems to have slowed right down.....I have been told by somebody that I may need task manager for my phone and this should hopefully speed things back up again.....a) is this right?.....;) if so where can I get it ?......c) how much will it cost.....?
