SPV E100 Emulator skin

I got bored with the skin shipped with eMbedded Visual Studio so I made my own. I'm sure a lot of people have done this already but in case not, here you go ;) It's not quite perfect but I think it's much better than the default one. For instructions on using it look in the readme file.

Sorry if this post's in the wrong forum, wasn't sure where to put it but thought it'd be of most interest to developers.

but it might be time for an upgrade :D
