Hi! What does Action Backup actually backs-up?

If its the same as Orange Backup, which i'm assuming as its made by Action;

It all depends what you select :roll:

Contacts, Calendar, My Documents and SIM data

So it just backs-up user-input data. Is there an app which backs-up programs installed with its settings

You could use USBTerm to back-up the IPSM onto a spare storage card.
