Call Forwarding?

Hi, can anyone tell me if they've experienced the following problem.

When i try to disable the call forwarding options to

1) No Reply- deactivated

2) Busy- deactivated

3) Unavailable- deactivated

It sends the settings to the network but as soon as i go back into them they're all reactivated, and even if i just go back to the home screen and get an incoming call,after about 10-15 seconds it will forward the call to voicemail automatically.

Any ideas on how to deactivate this option?
