I have had the phone SPV E100 for a week so far , great phone but anything decent seems to be decertified.How do i decert my phone? Idiot proof guide would be good.Note its the E100 if that makes a difference

Well you have an E-100 so unless you have been playing with updates it's fine to do the OTA ;)

But to answer your question go to ProgramsSettingsAbout

and that will show you what operator version number you have.
