Allocation of memmory from Card

Hello

I was wondering if there is a way one can consiously allocate SD-card space into memmory. My SPV-100 is at times quite slow, but I have 256 mb on my card.

Something like this would probably be possible, if you had access to re-write the OS (you'd have to do memory swapping the way windows on PCs does), but it wouldn't give you any speed boost, as flash memory in a memory card is far slower than the phone's internal RAM

Think of the memory card more like a floppy disk, than memory
