camera wont work

My Camera wont work

screen message- com port busy or baud rate is invalid

funny thing is a new camera[from phone shop] works on my phone and my camera works on the new hand set

but not my camera on my phone

any ideas much appreiciated

What are the serial numbers are on the cameras?

I presume you have tried restarting the phone before pluging the

camera in?

It seems that the conections have worn out

if i pull the camera to the the back -it works

How long shold the connections last before wearing out,

the phone is 3 months old and I have taken about 300 pictures

Serial No on the camera S/N EF 13091 FR

Ok you have one of the new camera so your pictures are in landscape mode ;)

the camera connections should not really wear out. What may have happened is that it has become damaged somehow :?

Has there been any othe info on this.

It just started to happen on my phone, and I won't have the ability to go to any store to replace it since I live in the states.

Any other advice?
