SPV Hard Reset

I need to hard reset my phone per advised of my colleague but i Need a step by step menu on HARD RESET, Then how to install the app programs. Maybe i can do it on my own without visiting any center that would help me but i need a guide of course. SOMEBODY out there help me ;)

After a hard reset will done, do you have any guide of installing application particular IPSM at the newly hard reset SPV? :oops:

A hard reset will take your phone to and "out of the box" state. Which means it's just like when you took it out of the box!

Once it's booted after the hard reset, it's like brand new, no need to install anything else...
