memory card

I just got my new card but when I used ALL-explorer with sync the card only reads as having a file called ignore_my_docs .Do I have to "format" it first or something? I have the E100

It is best to format new cards but to do this you either need

Task Manager (you need to decert your phone to run this app)

Or a card reader. If you plan to transfer large or lots of files a card reader is a must.
