Guest jAy_R Posted October 9, 2003 Report Posted October 9, 2003 piliin kung alin.. ang naiba?? heheheh??? ;)
Guest dinoalbert Posted October 9, 2003 Report Posted October 9, 2003 ano ba yung N6600...ano ang mga specs nya....65K colors din ba at ksing linaw ng screen ng Tanager, expandable memory din ba at pwedeng mag-install ng sangkatutak na applications and games, can play video files and wmv, mp3 audio files, pwede customized skins, may Internet Explorer, etc etc....sorry di ko kse alam ano yung N6600... hindi na ako updated ;) teka ano ba yung SPV1 ...are you referring to SPV100 or SPVx or the Tanager? or yung Canary ng Orange? :D
Guest binky_p Posted October 9, 2003 Report Posted October 9, 2003 kung nasanay ka na sa nokia at ayaw mong pag-aralan ang smartphone..user-friendly (for you siguro) ang nokia.. but the way i see it..monotonous na ang nokia (own opinion ha)..smartphone is just like a car na pwedeng imodify ng walng katapusan..pwdeng pagwapuhin kung baga... and dino just said (almost) it all regarding the sap (if not all) ;)
Guest grifter Posted October 9, 2003 Report Posted October 9, 2003 As always, it depends on what features are more important to you.
Guest grifter Posted October 9, 2003 Report Posted October 9, 2003 @dino, high-tech is a relative word. What could be high tech for someone else could be just low tech for others. ;)
Guest vwbeetle Posted October 9, 2003 Report Posted October 9, 2003 mukhang the N6600 is just an upgraded N3650 (doing away with the funky keypad and adding internal memory). i read in one of the forums that the N6600 one forumer had bought would "crash" very often-- so dont go out and buy just yet. the only advantages which the N3650 (& N6600) has on the SAP is the bluetooth & integrated cam (which we must admit takes good photos). these are things the SPV 2 already has.
Guest dinoalbert Posted October 9, 2003 Report Posted October 9, 2003 @dino, high-tech is a relative word. What could be high tech for someone else could be just low tech for others. ;) You have a point. But we all know which is which when we compare a Nokia and SAP. I dont think a Nokia user can say that the SAP is low tech compared to the Nokias :D

Guest mortenharkett722 Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Available na ba ang N6600?
Guest ore Posted October 10, 2003 Report Posted October 10, 2003 Before I both my Smartphone siyempre I look also for other phones and N6600 based sa features nya ay okey din pero di naako nakapag hintay kaya Smartphone na ko ngayon pareho naman silang maganda eh. Java applications nga lang ata ang pedi mong install na applications. What I like with N6600 is: 1) can play MP3 2) integrated camera with zoom 3) capture still photos and video 4) use mp3 files as ringtones 5) expandable storage 6) and a lot more
Guest sonborj Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 on nokia vs SAP, the basic question is - WHAT DO YOU USE YOUR CELLPHONE FOR? If you just want to text and call... then choose Nokia. But if you want to text and call and surf and play video and play animated games and so on and so forth, choose SAP over Nokia whatever model the latter is... You can even create your own application via SDK and C++ then use it
Guest dinoalbert Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 one thing I like about the SAP is you can customize homescreens and other skins! ;) and you can edit/ tweak the registry
Guest dinoalbert Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 hmmm thats nice! at least nagbago na rin pala ang Nokia. can I see a sample of their skins? Is it like the SAPs where you can design sort of special effects (?), the layout of the plugins? Can the user create his own theme/skin also ? ;)
Guest pyke Posted October 12, 2003 Report Posted October 12, 2003 ayoko na ng nokia!masyadong nakawin!naalala ko na naman tuloy ang "the late beloved 7650" ko.sob...sob...sob!! the thing with nokia is, it depreciates faster than any other phone does.i mean, if you get a 6600 today, you'll find out after 2 or 3 months that another model to replace the 6600 with,is being worked on.i just hate that feeling.this was discussed months ago.check this thread out: http://smartphone.modaco.com/viewtopic.php...&highlight=6600
TFT na like the SAP. Most likely mas matagal ang batt life since Li-Poly na batt niya compared to Li-Ion sa SAP.
Guest kapitan jackal Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 @grif- saang globe? (or HUB?)
Guest grifter Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 @kap, sa Globe na office. Andun kasi sa Globe office yung isang developer namin. :)
Guest ricson Posted October 31, 2003 Report Posted October 31, 2003 Sabagy yung 6600 medyo maganda rin upgradable na rin ang memory kaso when u get one parang yiur just one of the crowd Kaya kung gusto mong maiba ang SPV ka na o diba
Guest mariolouis Posted November 1, 2003 Report Posted November 1, 2003 @grift ganda nga nung 6600 na nakita natin sa GH nung thursday! kaso bat naman ang mahal!!! buti pa sapsap, libre! :) tsaka mukha syang laruan/game & watch/pamato sa piko hindi telepono. i don't like the mmc slot. it is like the old 91xx. you should take out the battery first to access it.
Guest lucas_05 Posted November 1, 2003 Report Posted November 1, 2003 maganda yung 6600 in terms of style and design. user friendly kasi nokia. at ang linaw ng camera, may 2x zoom pa. not to mention the bluetooth na wala yung sapsap. pero i would still go for the sapsap natin because of the abilty to customize it yourself. endless ang possibilities nya. tapos feeling ko techie ako ngayon gamit ko yung sapsap, di naman talaga ako techie. sobrang sulit yung fone natin! I paid for mine in full, sulit parin binayad ko, nokia pa naman ako dati.
