Orange SPV stuck on Sunset screen after update

After updating my orange spv with an orange update, my spv will no longer get passed the sunset screen.

Please could someone help ?

First question

What phone do you have is it the SPV or the SPV E-100? and what update have you tried to install?

The first option is to do a Hard Reset to take the phone to it's "out of the box"

condidion. (Just click on the words Hard Reset for more instructions.)
