2 things...

1. How do I send contacts via sms?

2. How do I set the timeout for forwarding calls when no reply?

I've tried to look for these features but to no avail, can someone help?

1, You have to type the contact number in manually in the message field.

2, There is no option available but you could contact your network operator

and see if they have an option to do this. :?

Was the question in #1...how do I send CONTACTS via SMS? Did you mean....How do you send a Contact to another phone via SMS?

I don't think you can....can you?

When you select a contact there is a Beam Contact option in the Menu, so i guess this can send via IR - never tried it tho

I know you can beam by IR but that's no use if the recipient is a few thousand miles away. I would like to send business cards (or contacts) the way you can in Nokias i.e. via SMS but I don't think it is possible.

The feaure for the amount of time the phone rings before it is diverted (Q2) is also available with Nokias but doesn't appear to be a feature of SP2002.

Don't get me wrong, I much prefer my Mio over any Nokia any day!

to send a number:

from the contacts list select the contact you want to send.

click on the sms number and them click new.

manualy copy the number from the to field then delete the number from the to field and insted put in the person you want to send the number to.

Or use the copy/paste plugin with X-Bar to copy and paste the #! :shock:

Being able to directly send a contact would be cool though...
