the phone wont boot up

Hi everyone,

I've had my SPV phone for a while now and was VERY happy with it... until it didnt boot up yesterday. It only displays the orange load screen now and stays on it. Does anyone know how to get my phone back? Any ideas are much appreciated.

Welcome to the site ;)

I presume you have not been playing with any updates so you

should be able to fix the problem by doing a Hard Reset, this

puts the phone back to it's "out of the box" settings.

Just click on Hard Reset for instructions on how to do this.
