Like Blewer says, there's one near the beginning of the ringtone thread, but it's quite big. I've done it again for you, but about half the length (hence half the file size) ;)

As for the volume, all my ringtones are "normalized" which means they are as loud as they can be without distorting, check your ringtone level in your selected profile?

Cheers

simon....thanks man!! appreciate what you've done...cool ;) one more question Simon, i've really searched all over for this ringtone, trust me, but i can't seem to find it! it's a wav file of a person saying, " incoming, incoming, incoming....INCOMING!!! " it's hilarious because the person is saying the words in all different tones..and the last one he is shouting like crazy! *sigh* i've searched modaco.com, airfagev, smartphony, coolsmartphone etc...they don't have it in the voice wav file section...pls help? thanks again!

Hey Simon, ever thought about running ringtones through a compressor effect, to boost the overall volume without distortion? It might work, after all, that's exactly what TV/radio adverts do to get our attention!!
