phone will not boot up???????

I have turn off my phone this weekend. When i started it this monday it wont boot up it hangs on the first screen of orange I don't even get the smartphone2002 window. So i cant use the phone

How can i fix this problem

try a hard reset ;)

To fix this you have to do a Hard Reset

This will put the phone back to it's "out of the box" settings.

For instructions on how to do this just click on the words Hars Reset

Yes it works I just did

Turn off the SPV.

Hold the 'Voice Memo' button down while turning on the SPV.

Press and hold the Action button (joystick middle button) for 2 seconds as instructed.

Press 8 to select 'Erase IPSM data'.

When it has finished doing this (it takes a while), it will say PASSED. Press the left direction pad twice and choose 3 to close the diagostics.

On the three colour 'Canary PV' screen, hold the power button down. This will re-start the phone with the Orange Sunset screen.

The last step did not work with me I had to remove the battery. But it all works fine now and I was very happy I had a backup of my contacts
