How to network unlock SAP w/ ROM v1.6.0.88/bootloader v1.09

Please help me unlock my SAP w/ ROM version 1.6.0.88 and bootloader version 1.09........

I am currently using SMART network, i want to use my SAP to other networks. Thanks!

You can't I'm afraid unless SMART can do it for you.

Normally to SIM unlock a phone you have to downgrade the

bootloader to version V0.98 or below. The new SMART update

prevents you from downgrading so making SIM unlocking and

OS downgrading not possible.
